(More customer reviews)I bake lots of cakes, in lots of sizes. I had small flimsy cooling racks. I had stackable cooling racks with folding legs. I had large rectangular substantial cooling racks. None worked well with round cake layers.
These are PERFECT. They are very sturdy, easy to handle, and do not rock, wobble or warp. I bought three, and am on Amazon to buy more. They are of excellent quality and value.

(More customer reviews)I received this item and it was noticably defective, after I laid it on the counter. It rocked badly! So I set up an exchange with Amazon, and received the second one in the same condition. It truly is a nice and hard-to-find heavy gauge steel product, but if you're buying it to cool off anything liquid (especially a hot liquid item), then you may want to rethink this purchase. You or your counter may get scorched!
