This book should have been entitled The Everything Destination RESORT Wedding Book because most of the information said "your resort should include..." I am not planning a resort wedding, and this book did NOTHING to help me. Save yourself the money, hit up the internet and do the research yourself. This book has nothing that you can't - and won't - find anywhere else. If you feel you need some book or magazine on destination weddings, pick up one of the many wedding magazines that are focusing on them rather than chucking out the cash for this. This book is especially unhelpful for those planning weddings within the continental US - just because it is still in the same country doesn't mean it still can't be a destination.
