I found this book very helpful in beginning my initiation to the wedding world. After reading all the bridal magazines and watching all the wedding shows on WE, I was afraid that a wedding would cost more than my college debt. However, this book gives some helpful advice on places to look and ideas to incorporate into your wedding in order to save some cash. If you've already got everything planned and don't mind spending over $5000-6000, then this probably isn't your book, but since that was my exact budget, it gives me some guidelines. Granted, I probably won't do all the recommended money saving tips, like a completely sponsored wedding, but I may negotiate with a photographer or florist about advertising at my event bc this book lets me know that that is an option.
I just really like it and it's very easy to read.
PS- Congrats! :)
