(More customer reviews)This is an excellent product. This 14 inch knife is extremely sharp. It carved caked with ease and left no damage to the cake as it cut through. This was the case even as it cut through a part of a cake that was broken close to the top of the cake...it just sliced through the broken piece without disturbing it, now that was impressive.
