(More customer reviews)This is a very nice pan..very sharp corners with a "lip" on each side to help lift it out of the oven. I just used Smart Balance Margarine and a light coating of flour to prepare it for the batter and when the cake was done, it just slipped right out of the pan. There is nothing better to bake with than simple, heavy aluminum pans and sheets. Your cakes and cookies come out with a beautiful surface, because aluminum bakes so evenly. I won't bake with anything else....you can have those "non-stick" pans that scratch and rust the first time someone accidentally uses a metal knife to cut the cornbread! I have become a Wilton convert!
