(More customer reviews)I have only used this product a handful of times, but it does make icing a cake much, much easier. The cake turner can also be locked into a stable position and used as a cake stand. My husband really hates the green color, but I find it rather retro. As for cleaning it, the product comes apart easily and reassembles just as easily. I would buy it again as the product does exactly what it claims to do.
