A smart and sneaky tool for professional cake decorators and novices alike, this 12-piece press set makes it easy to create dazzling designs on cupcakes, tiered cakes, sheet cakes, cheesecakes, and more. (More customer reviews)I have only used this product a handful of times, but it does make icing a cake much, much easier. The cake turner can also be locked into a stable position and used as a cake stand. My husband really hates the green color, but I find it rather retro. As for cleaning it, the product comes apart easily and reassembles just as easily. I would buy it again as the product does exactly what it claims to do.
